1.All items will ship within 24 hours after affirm the payment and shipping address.(You shipping address should be same with the billing address when you pay by credit card)
2.Free shipping to all over the world, about 7 business days to arrive the USA. Around 8 days to Europeans countries and Canada.
3.After shipped out,you will receive the tracking number from our system,you also can track the goods on our website: Order Tracking(submit you order id or your email).If there no information you can contact us for help.
Return Policy
At UggSino we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise.All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We provide refunds or exchanges if the item is defective. Please contact us before returning an item.All returns must be notified to us in writing in advance within three (3) days of receiving the items(s). All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here! Return policy is void if item has been worn or is not in the same condition it was shipped out in. All items being returned must have all the pins, clips, tags, and etc..it came in.
Exchanges
1.We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 20 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.Feedback here! If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
2.You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
3.We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
